Return and Refund Policy :

Thank you for choosing Ellotor Trike as your preferred mode of transportation. Our aim is to provide you with a high-quality product that meets your needs and expectations. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have developed a return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers.

How Cancellation & Refund Works?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled. If you have received your Ellotor and are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned product.

How a Product is replaced ?

If your Ellotor is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return label and arrange for the product to be picked up. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and determine if it is eligible for replacement. If the product is eligible for replacement, we will send you a new Ellotor  within 7 business days.

In the event of failure of the product due to some manufacturing defect, provided that such failure is promptly reported to the Company  provides all information that may be necessary to assist us in resolving the defect, the Company will promptly as reasonably practicable repair the affected product in accordance with the terms of the product warranty.
